Host an Event
Komen Greater New York City is a grassroots organization that relies on the generosity of its communities and individual who want to help. We’ve trademarked hundreds of events from Bowl for the Cure™ to Swim for the Cure™ and more.
Many events involve something as simple — and as generous — as donating the net proceeds of a day’s shopping at a small boutique. Countless individuals and organizations have organized their own events with unprecedented success.
Many are inspired by the outpouring of interest and support and continue to organize their events annually. One such event, Sail for the Cure™, a sailing regatta on Long Island, has more than doubled its donation to Komen Greater New York City in just three years!
