Giving House: Real Estate Gives Back
Giving House, a project of the Giving Back Fund, is an organization of real estate professionals and firms who donate 15 percent of their commissions to nonprofits and important charitable causes. Beginning May 1, 2012, Giving House will launch an annual program that will benefit Komen Greater NYC through the sale of residential and commercial real estate in the Greater NYC area. Giving House was co-founded by Steve Cid and Kerry Fedigan-Cid of Prudential Douglas Elliman Real Estate. Participating agents and firms are active in their local communities.
Contact Giving House to learn more about how your purchase or sale can be turned into an opportunity to donate to Komen Greater NYC. Giving House will connect you with a veteran agent in your area who is part of the program. Agents represent a wide-range of real estate firms. The Giving House program may also be an option for those planning estates.
