Bank of America Pink Ribbon Banking

Bank of America is offering Pink Ribbon Banking products that benefit Komen for the Cure and its Affiliates.

Bank of America has made a $1 million minimum guaranteed donation of which 75 percent ($750,000) will be allocated to Komen’s Affiliate Network (based on products opened/purchased with primary addresses in the Affiliate’s service area).

Bowl for the Cure®
Bowl for the Cure is a year-round fundraising and breast cancer awareness initiative. Since the initiative’s inception in 2000, people from across the country have hit the lanes to raise close to $9 million for Komen for the Cure and its Affiliates.
Ford Warriors in Pink

Since 2003, Ford has offered a signature line of apparel and accessories dedicated to the fight against breast cancer in conjunction with it’s sponsorship of the Race for the Cure®. The Warriors in Pink apparel collection features bold symbols that embody the Warrior credo – taking charge, living out loud, harnessing power and standing together.
One hundred percent of the net proceeds from every Warriors in Pink item benefits Komen. Use the Komen Greater NYC code of NYCWIP when buying items so that our Affiliate benefits from your purchase.
KitchenAid Cook for the Cure®

Cook for the Cure combines the passion for cooking with commitment to the fight against breast cancer. It includes culinary-centered fundraising, events, auctions and sales of pink products.
The program provides a party kit with ideas for events and fundraising. It includes more than 20 pages of recipes and tips providing the necessary tools for a brunch, appetizer, dessert or dinner party. Event guests can choose to have their donations benefit Komen Greater NYC.
Passionately Pink for the Cure™

Passionately Pink for the Cure® puts the FUN in fundraising! Passionately Pink makes your fundraiser stronger by providing promotional and educational material at no cost or obligation.
Create an event and then register as a Passionately Pink captain. You’ll receive a customizable fundraising webpage as well as a fundraising kit that contains breast health information, collectible lapel buttons, and more.
Seventy-five (75) percent of net proceeds benefit Komen Greater NYC.

Rally for the Cure®

Rally for the Cure, sponsored by Condé Nast Publications, allows people committed to the fight against breast cancer to organize golf, tennis and social events to increase breast health awareness. Since 1996, the program has reached over 1.9 million people, spreading the word that early detection saves lives. It also has generated over $60 million in support for Komen for the Cure.
Volunteer “ambassadors” plan and host these local events, receiving assistance from the Rally for the Cure website. A $20 registration fee enters attendees in a drawing to win a grand prize, as well as receive gifts including a Rally premium, subscription to a Condé Nast magazine, and Komen breast health educational materials.
Consider hosting a Rally for the Cure to benefit Komen Greater NYC. All funds raised (beyond the registration fee) will help us achieve our vision of a world without breast cancer.
Wacoal Fi(gh)t for the Cure®

Wacoal is asking women around the country to “step into the ring” (or, even better, the dressing room) and help fight breast cancer. For every woman receiving a professional fitting at a Fit for the Cure® event, Wacoal will donate $2 to Komen for the Cure. For every Wacoal bra or shapewear item or b.tempt’d bra purchased at these events, the company will donate an additional $2. Women who make a purchase of $80 or more will receive a free gift – a Wacoal Spot On Tote Bag.
Wacoal hosts events in New York City, Westchester County and on Long Island throughout the year.

Yoplait – Save Lids to Save Lives®

For 14 years, the Yoplait Save Lids to Save Lives program has helped raise money for Komen for the Cure and its Affiliates.
This year, the program is expanding to 20 General Mills products Betty Crocker, Bisquick, Green Giant, Honey Nut Cheerios, Nature Valley, Pillsbury and Progresso.
All you have to do is clip, collect and mail in pink lids or enter digital codes of select products. The program runs through June 30, 2013.

There are many ways you can help in addition to donating. You can:
