On SATURDAY, September 10th, 2016, the 26th annual Susan G. Komen Greater NYC Race for the Cure will be held in Central Park. Unfortunately, breast cancer affects one in eight women, as well as many men. The Race benefits community-based organizations that provide breast health education, screening coordination, treatment and support services to underserved women, as well as to peer-reviewed national and local clinical research.
JPMorgan Chase is consistently a top corporate participant of the NYC Race. This year we want to get to over 500 people racing on our team, so please help us and sign up now!
The race is a great way to bring colleagues and family members together for an amazing New York City experience a 5k (3 mile) run or walk, open to both women and men! You can help in several ways:
- Recruit family members and colleagues to join the JPMC team. It's a great team bonding activity and an amazing opportunity to meet people from across the firm.
- Remember to use the matching gift program. If you elect to make a personal contribution to Komen, the firm may match your contribution.
Please visit: www.cybergrants.com/jpmc/giving to learn how to submit an electronic or paper form matching gift request. Verify that the organization you are supporting is the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation - New York (ID 912049420) and that the purpose for which you are donating is the 2016 New York City Race for the Cure.
Thank you so much and we'll see you at the Race!
